Pest Inspection (Visual and Thermal)
The following map provides a guide to pricing for our Pre-Purchase Pest Inspections.
Inspecta Homes operates most economically in the areas shaded in dark blue in the map above.
Our fee for a standard visual Pest Inspection on a private residence with one kitchen is $250 incl GST, and $450 incl GST for our Thermal Pest Inspection. Properties with additional kitchens, commercial properties or other structures may attract additional fees.
Inspecta Homes are happy to provide a quote for inspections outside the fee map and we recommend you contact us directly for a quote.
