About Us

Inspecta Homes is a locally owned and operated building consultancy company operating throughout the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens regions of NSW.

We have over 18 years of experience in building consultancy and specialise in combined pre-purchase building and pest inspections on both residential and commercial properties.

Our services also include infrared thermal imaging, building defect reports, dilapidation reports, insurance assessments and pre-sale inspections.

We are accredited and insured, and all reports are written to the most up to date Australian Standards.

We aim to provide you with professional advice to ensure your interests are protected and offer extremely competitive rates for combined report packages.
